when you photograph a family there is lots of action. people moving here and there, interactions, reactions. i love it, capturing the natural.
but there is a quiet that comes with photographing one person. she was shy and quiet, not to mention beautiful and kind.
not a tense quiet, more of a relaxed stillness. one that stayed with me while i looked back on her images.
captured, to be remembered and looked back on.
what lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.
